Lazy Mornings - The Sleeping In Special !
Busy summer touring often demands an up-and-at-em approach to vacationing - so much to do...so little time...but for those with a little more time on their hands, the biggest dilemma is often whether to get up to enjoy our famous breakfast with everybody else around the big dining room table or cuddle back down into our really, really comfy beds and start the day at a more civilized hour. Consider the problem solved - now you can have your breakfast and sleep in too!
With the Lazy Morning Package, you tell us what time you'd like your breakfast brought up to your room on a tray. You decide if you'd like to prop yourself up for breakfast in bed or dine alfresco on your balcony. We'll also give you two extra hours to check out (12 noon, instead of 10am) so that no part of your morning feels rushed.
$20.00 per morning, per couple. Plus tax. Accommodation not included in package price and will vary based on room selected. Subject to availability. Available September through June only.
Day At The Beach

Enjoying your day at the beach can take a lot of planning and a lot more gear and with current extra baggage fees, it may be a little difficult to fit your lawn chairs and sand pails into your carry on luggage! Packing your car for a long vacation doesn’t leave much extra room for coolers and shade umbrellas, either.
So whether you’ve flown in from afar or driven in from the city, we’ve got your beach-going needs covered! Our Day At The Beach package includes the use of two portable lawn chairs, two jumbo beach towels, a beach blanket, shade umbrella, and your choice of reading material from our library.
We’ll also lend you a cooler filled with ice and four bottles of water, chips & dip, salsa, sodas and other munchies because we know that getting a tan uses a lot of energy and you’ll need to keep your strength up.
Then we’ll send you off to any one of 7 nearby beaches (Caribou beach is less than 10 minutes away) for a busy day of sandcastle building and beach combing.

Lobster Supper Picnic Package
Why not try our new Lobster Picnic Supper when you stay at the Evening Sail B&B. Simply choose your room and we’ll do the rest. When you check in, your picnic will be waiting for you – packed in a cooler - on ice and ready to go! Enjoy a whole lobster picnic for two...complete with melted butter, rolls, salads and all the fixings. We’ll even send you off with a few suggestions as to where you might stop and enjoy your meal …overlooking the surf at a nearby beach … or on your own private balcony… and we’ll pack it all up with wineglasses, candles, a tablecloth and everything else you’ll need for a fancy picnic that’ll be the envy of all!
Only $69.00 per couple. Plus tax. Only one night's stay is required. Accommodation not included in package price and will vary based on room selected. Subject to availability. Is your club or organization (or adventurous group of friends) looking for new ideas for getaways and retreats? How about Chocolate Indulgence- A Tour of The World's Best Chocolate. Have no fear - this is no frivolous foray into decadence! This is the very serious and very educational first step in our new Art of Entertainment series. Don't let the formal chocolate tasting and ten different kinds of chocolate cocktails fool you! This is higher education people! A grueling bootcamp of truffles and chocolate dipped strawberries! O.K…. So maybe not grueling, per se ... more like lots of fun with a little education thrown in, but who wants to be nitpicky about these things.

Your Family Tree - A Scottish Genealogy Workshop
Have you ever wanted to research your family tree but were uncertain as to how to get started? Did someone in your family (you know...way back when) come through Pictou on their way over from Scotland?
Start the weekend with a Friday evening wine and cheese Meet & Greet and on Saturday, we'll take over the Hector Exhibit Centre and have their director all to our selves. There will be a comprehensive lesson on getting started - the resources you'll need and how to use them - as well as a step-by-step workbook to keep you on track. A web resource tutorial will help you continue your work when you get home. Private tours of both the McCulloch House Museum and the Hector Heritage Quay are included. The weekend will also feature a Scottish themed lunch and dinner provided by Mrs. MacGregor's Tea Room
